Clifton College are seeking an experienced and dedicated Counselling and Wellbeing Manager to join our team for a one-year fixed term to provide sabbatical cover.
In this pivotal role, you will provide operational and clinical leadership to our counselling service, which includes managing two counsellors and a play therapist. You will oversee referral pathways, manage caseloads, and hold a small clinical caseload yourself. Working closely with the Head of Medical Health and Welfare, you will ensure our provisions remain aligned with the best practice guidance from the Department for Education and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
